Non-Corrosive Electrolytes:
These electrolytes not only produce a very dark mark in most steels and other metals, but they do not require nuetralizing; so you don't ever have to worry about parts corroding due to improper cleaning.

Two formulations are currently available. Corrosion Free Electrolyte (CFE), and Halogen Free Electrolyte (HFE) which also meets the requirements of MIL-792-E. Numerous industries now only, (and exclusively) use these electrolytes for their electro-chemical marking. |
